What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Cash App Afterpay, and Fashion Funster store credit codes. Purchasers must be aged 18 and above.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping via USPS or UPS is a flat rate of $10.00 per US order or FREE for US orders $150+ with code FREESHIP. Standard shipping to Canada via UPS is a flat rate of $30.00 per order. For all other countries, please email us at shop@fashionfunster.com before purchase to discuss our international shipping policies and rates.

When will my order ship?

Do you offer express shipping?

Absolutely! Should you require your order expedited, please email us before purchase at shop@fashionfunster.com, and we will email you express and overnight shipping quotes to your specific zip code.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking information. If you’re having trouble tracking your order, please reach out via our contact page or email us at shop@fashionfunster.com and we’ll be happy to help.

I just placed an order. Can I change the shipping address?

If you just placed an order and need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately with your order number and the correct address. We will do our best to catch it before fulfillment, but once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address.

Can I modify or cancel an order I just placed?

We cannot adjust prices, apply discount codes after checkout, or change the contents of an order once it has been submitted. If you would like to combine two or more orders into a single shipment, we are happy to accommodate as long as the orders are placed on the same business day. Please reach out via our contact page or email us right away at shop@fashionfunster.com to combine same-day orders. Because we process orders quickly, cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be requested within 2 hours of order placement.
